Terwilliger Plaza is a nonprofit Retirement Community offering a full spectrum of senior living options, including independent living, assisted living with 24/7 licensed nursing support, and specialized memory care. 

The campus features modern residences, dining venues, wellness and fitness programs, cultural and educational activities, and scenic views of the city.  To date PDC has managed over $7 million in project from flood restorations, residence and common area upgrades.  

 The Portland Air National Guard Base is a U.S. Air Force installation located at Portland International Airport in Oregon. Established in the late 1930s as part of a Works Progress Administration project, it officially opened in 1940. Today, it serves as the home of the 142nd Wing, whose primary mission is to provide air defense for the Pacific Northwest and support national security operations.  PDC has been contracted to provide tenant improvements to support facilities located at PANG

PDC has been awarded contracts at the VA in Menlo Park located in Palo Alto and the Roseburg Oregon VA Campus.  In California we were hired to transplant Redwood Trees, which were previously planted as memorial trees, which involved building custom boxes and utilizing a crane to lift and transport to the new locations.  In Roseburg we decommissioned a septic system including leach field lines and tied into a new sewer main.

PDC earned a contract to provide dust abatement to 23 miles of logging & forestry access roads located in Southern Orgon.  Procuring a train car of sodium lignin PDC spayed roads to limit dust to nearby waterways to limit impacts to local flora and fauna.  

After a previous contractor's restroom renovations began to fail due to poor craftsmanship PDC was hired to provide new waterproofing and tile to 76 units at a Radisson Hotel near the Portland Airport.  New subfloor underlayment and tile were installed and the wet walls within the baths were installed.
